Shipment & Delivery

 

For all orders, we provide standard door-to-door delivery during office hours.

 

STANDARD DELIVERY (3-5 working days)

- Your order will be delivered by (1) Eebé own delivery team or (2) 3rd party logistics partner (3PL).

    • Delivery by Eebé: our friendly ops team will contact you to schedule a delivery time slot.
    • Delivery by 3PL: Your order will be submitted to 3PL for collection within 2 working days. A tracking number will be sent to your email once order has been collected. Delivery schedule and shipment tracking will be managed by 3PL.

    - Eebé will decide the delivery method for all orders.

    - For failed deliveries after 2 times and if driver could not reach recipient over the phone to arrange delivery, items will be returned to the hub. There will be a re-delivery charge depending on the size of the parcel. 

     

    SINGAPORE DELIVERY

    - Similar to Standard Delivery (above)

    - Free Delivery for orders above $80 apply to all orders with delivery within Singapore address.

    - One time (1x) Free Delivery is applicable per order per location.

    - Additional delivery charges applicable for multiple deliveries per order.

    - Available time slot - Monday to Friday, 10am - 4pm.

    - Eebé will contact customer next working day to confirm delivery date and time slot.

    - Free re-schedule only acceptable if the items have not dispatched for delivery.

     

    INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

    - We use DHL Express,TNT and SingPost Worldwide Shipping service as our preferred freight company to deliver our products internationally.

    - Before placing an order, please email us to get a quotation on the overseas shipping fee at shop@eebe.sg

    - Tracking reference number will be provided to you to track your parcel.

    - We will also help you to track and notify you the progress of your parcel whereabout through email/whatsapp.

    - Overseas customers will have to bear the custom and other tax impose by your country.

    - Due to certain brand's policy, there is some brands which we are not allowed to ship overseas. Please contact us for information.
