Return & Refund
All Sale and Promotional-priced items are Non-Returnable, Non-Refundable and Non-Exchangeable.
- Goods sold are not returnable, (if any) it will be considered on a case by case basis.
- All returns (if any) will be in the form of gift cards for use on Eebé online shop (www.eebe.sg).
- No cash refund after orders are received.
- If you change your mind about the order and would like to cancel the order:
- Before shipment – Eebé will issue a gift card equivalent to your order value. Orders will not be shipped out.
- Shipment arranged or out for delivery – strictly no refund as item is already with delivery company.
- Pre-Orders, Promotions & Clearance sales are non-refundable within 24 hours after purchased as item would be confirmed and produced by factory.
- Eebé will not entertain any request that does not have the product original packaging.
- Item is purchased within 7 days.
- Item is brand new, in original condition and NOT been removed from the original packaging it came in.
- All original tags/labels/seals attached, intact and unbroken.
- Original packaging is undamaged
- You will be eligible for exchange with similar item / any items of your choice. For ex-changes to other items of lower value, no refund will be given for the difference in amount. For ex-changes to other items of higher value, you will be required to pay for the difference in value.
- If you would like to request for ex-change via delivery, there will be courier charges applicable.
- There are no warranties unless specified on product page.
- For manufacturer defects, customers must notify Eebé within 2 working days upon receipt of delivery. Product must be repacked into its packaging upon return.
- Eebé will not entertain any products that are reported manufacturer defects but does not have it’s original packaging.
